UPDATE 11/11/09-  appts are filled until the beginning of Dec. Please call to schedule your appt. No clothing acceptance in the month of December. Only toys, equipment and accessories. We will begin accepting spring consignments in January. Please call for an appointment!

I can change the message from anywhere.  With my kids and husband's crazy schedules I may have to shift things around. We are all moms so we all know kids schedules and I appreciate everyone's understanding.

We offer a pleasant shopping experience where you will be greeted with a smile and a short tour if you haven't been in before! New are "helper" sunbursts placed on the walls of the shop to let you know which tag colors are on sale. Remember, if there is something you are looking for that you don't see, just ask! We will be glad to help.  All of our pricing is based on brand,condition and demand! We offer NEW items as well as gently loved. We have specialty items as well. These include bows, binki bands and diaper cakes! New bottle cap bows!! So CUTE! These are all NEW!

As always your children's safety and your value are our top priorities here at Silly Sprouts. We want you to feel confident in knowing that all of our items are checked for recalls. We belong to several e-mail lists that alert us when an item has been recalled.  If we have this item out on the floor it is pulled immediately. Sometimes a particular lot is recalled and we may have one on the floor that was not part of the recall. We try to mark the items to let you know of this. We hope this helps in your shopping experience here at Silly Sprouts!

For those of you who have seen the news I'm sure you've heard of bill H4040 which as of February 10th bans the sale of used childrens products for kids 12 and under.  HOWEVER, there are changes being made so we at Silly Sprouts feel we can operate our business. We are diligent in checking recalls on equipment and toys and belong to several e-mail lists where we are notified when a recall is announced. Your child's safety is our #1 priority here at Silly Sprouts along with passing much needed savings onto our wonderful customers! We do not feel clothing to be an issue with the safety standards although we will keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary. This website explains the bill/law, and has different links to help everyone. While you're there, please sign the petition to have the law amended/changed/thrown out/re-written! Once signed you can also sign up to have letters automatically sent for you to your local politicians. You just fill out the information and they do all the work for you!!
